KANSAS CITY, MO- Kevin Corlew, candidate for 14th District State Representative, has received the sole endorsement of the Missouri Right to Life PAC for the 2014 primary election. “This endorsement represents our selection of you as the only candidate in this race who will be an effective voice for the protection of innocent human life,” stated Dave Plemmons, Missouri Right to Life PAC President.
Missouri Right to Life (MRL) is Missouri’s oldest and largest grassroots pro-life organization. MRL is dedicated to promoting right to life issues and passing legislation that defends the sanctity of human life from inception through natural death.
“I’m honored to be endorsed by Missouri Right to Life,” Corlew said. “I believe all stages of life must be respected, and I’ll promote the right to life of all persons, including those who are unborn, disabled or elderly.”
Corlew will also work to promote adoption as an alternative to abortion. Corlew and his wife, Amy, received the Angels in Adoption award in 2011 from the Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute for their personal commitment to adoption and work to promote adoption with other families.
Corlew resides in Kansas City with his wife and three children. He has served on the Board of Education for North Kansas City Schools, as well as in leadership positions for his homeowners association and church and civic groups. The Corlews are members of Tiffany Fellowship Church.
